Yes, they sure can.
I had an experience where a ghost was making my dog Zoey very scared and anxious every night.
All of a sudden one night at 9 pm my sweet, happy girl started panting and shaking for no reason.
I tried everything I could think of... consoling her, hugging her, laying with her, playing with her, giving her treats etc. but nothing calmed her down.
She would get more and more upset as the hours went by and then at midnight she would just stop and be ok.
This went on for a week - starting at 9pm and ending at 12 am every single night before I finally figured out that it was a ghost that was causing it.
As I have mentioned before, I block ghosts from my consciousness because they want to talk to much lol.
But seeing Zoey so scared and upset every night made me start to think about any and all possibilities.
Once I figured it out, I was able to get "Ghost Shelly" to leave and Zoey went back to her happy old self!
It's mind blowing to think that ghosts can have such an effect on us and our pets.
Then a year later a friend had a similar problem with a ghost.
I tuned in and I was able to get "Ghost Randy" to leave and just like with Zoey, her dog went back to his calm chill self.
