How does the Moon's phases affect you?

Whenever there’s a full Moon, things tend to go a little off kilter.

It's interesting that “lunatic” stems from the Latin word Luna, meaning Moon.

A study found that 40 percent of medical personnel believe in the effects of a full moon filling their ER rooms.

Our bodies are 60% water! And just as the moon affects the tides, it affects us as well.

Science has noticed the affects of the moon and has started studying the phases in relation to our bodies and health.

A 2011 study published in the Journal of Urology, found that kidney stone pain increased significantly during a full a Moon and decreased during a new moon!

Another study by Current Biology in 2013 noted that people slept less on full moon nights and the sleep that they got was less restful.

Ever heard of the Moon going "void of course?"

For a few minutes or even days, depending on the location of the planets, the moon will seem to be in a no man’s land - not associated with any Astrological sign to give it energy and purpose.

It is well known to those that follow the Moon's phases, that decision-making during void of course (VOC) can turn out later to be unrealistic.

Things you buy don't seem to work as you thought. Contracts can have costly errors in them and often, things don't go to plan.

To make matters worse, most people don't realize anything has happened until much later.

You can find the Moon void of course dates and times by searching google.

So now what do you do about it?

The best way to pay respect to the Moon’s VOC phase is to consult the calendar when you are doing something big & decide to change your calendar to avoid the VOC or to doubly make sure that everything is in order before proceeding.

It's worth checking the VOC calendar when buying a car, a house, scheduling an interview or other important occasions where you need all the help and luck on your side!

Blessings,

Susan
