I am seriously writing this while submerged in a bathtub with 3 lbs of Epson salts and some lavender.
Do I have things to do?
Absolutely
But the energy 💥 is really crackling so I am trying to stay under water. This is how I manage extreme energy changes. Doing this makes me more productive in the long run! Some may dive into work, take a walk, watch a movie, schedule a massage, meditate, eat, drink, play, read, clean or other activity. These are all ways to manage energy, problems, issues, fears, success, doubt and other emotions. They do work in that they get your mind off of the perceived problem- issue. However, some of the above will do that plus help you understand and maybe even come up with ways to deal with or let go of the issue. That’s where self care comes in. Your brain needs space to be able to consider the issue without distraction. And your guides cannot help you as easily if you are always stuffing your consciousness with data (stuff) That’s why they have to go BIG to get your attention sometimes. Going big could be an accident or a loss of a job ... whatever it takes to get you to stop going, going going and take note of their message. 😱 So let’s make it easier for them to help us shall we? 🙌🏻 Self care is how we can begin to make room for them to come through to us. Everyone likes different things but here is a list of possibilities: Massage Energetic Therapies (raindrop etc) Sound Healing Hot bathes with Epson salts Nature (anything) Walking Needlepoint Quilting Hobbies Meditation Prayer Reading Happy movies Visiting with a positive friend Playing, cuddling with pets Swimming Easy Exercise And more While doing self care- you will have ideas... brain storms and flashes of knowing. Jot them down in your phones notes app or on a pad with the date and what you were doing. You’ll be amazed at how these things helped you when you look back on them. My guides are telling me that our 🌍 is going through a big upgrade. This could take months or even years for the majority of the earth’s population to feel and experience. But for you - yes YOU, it’s going to take place this year. They say don’t try to manage it or fight it ... go with the flow instead. This is a no control zone year. Scary, I know. But once you know you are not in the drivers seat you can sit back and trust that whatever happens is meant to be. I feel some stress from a few of you. Think of a time when you weren’t in control of a situation. As it turns out it happens all the time - we are hardly ever 💯 % in control are we? Self care is the best way through this time in our lives. Let go! As things get harder (less control) do more self care! I “double down” on self care when I’m Feeling stress myself and it works. Your guides LOVE you and want the best for you always. 🙏🏻
